One of my clients has had her email (hotmail) and instagram/Facebook accounts hacked today somehow. It’s all v upsetting. her instagram handle has been slightly changed and she can’t even get in to instagram now (nor actually speak to someone there!) to delete her profile.
Someone has used her photos and put bitcoin information on her instagram and Facebook pages and even posted a full face photo of her son which she never does!
We and her friends and family have been reporting the posts of course.
Does anyone have any experience, or perhaps a clients has, of hoe to go out dealing with this issue in a way that she maybe hasn’t thought about? I have said to her that I would reach out and ask, just in case.
