ACTRA Rates

Hi there,
We have been asked to accept a buyout based on the ACTRA rate for a 13 weeks (1 cycle) in Canada which I have been told by the Ad Agency is $1675 (£1063) the original BSF was £250. They say this is the correct rate for ACTRA. Can anyone let me know if this is correct?
