You may remember Philip Allen and Andrew Wolfe Murray from Theseus. They gave a bespoke PMA presentation about handling threats to clients (e.g. online harassment & stalking). And have been helpful to a number of PMA members since. We are arranging a Q&A event with Theseus later this year. Date to be announced in September.
In the meantime please be aware they are available to speak with PMA Members, if you need to discuss a problem a client is experiencing. They will discuss the situation, review relevant communication and provide opinion on immediate handling. This initial advice is free. If further investigation, risk assessment or legal management is needed, they will be able to indicate costs and you will be armed with the information necessary to advise your client.
