AI clauses on Casting Forms

Morning all

I’ve had the following clause included in a casting form:

AI/CGI: Shall agree that the visual material and her voice may also be used for further assets with the use of AI/CGI. 3D model of the talent will be created, thus
allowing text/expression changes, new lines creation, and dubbing in different languages.

Client has not agreed!
