Please note that there is an error in the ââ¬Ëoverviewââ¬â¢ section of the Key Points document circulated with the final draft of this agreement (applicable to dramatic works of less than 15 duration and Online Commissions). The ability of a BBC Executive to opt out of the agreement was not agreed by the PMA in the negotiations and will be bringing it to the BBCââ¬â¢s attention at the next Forum meeting. If anyone has experience of the BBC opting out of this agreement please be in touch.
