Hi guys,
I hope you might be able to assist… I have a client shooting a lead in a feature film in the US for 2 months appx and he is insured by the production whilst working but as he is not union member over there he is not insured when not working. I am trying to obtain insurance for his leisure time but keep hitting a wall as either the length of time is excessive or they deem it to be a business trip and therefore won’t insure him. Has anyone used an insurer before that “gets it”? Any suggestions gratefully received as there is only so much insurance co hold music one person can take!
