It has come to Equity’s notice that some employers & casting directors are asking about performers’ vaccination status before auditions have even taken place. No artist should be asked to disclose their vaccination status until a firm offer of work is made to them. You should refuse to inform employers/casting directors about your client’s vaccination status until such time as an engagement is offered.
