Banking- client accounts- help/advice please!

Hi all,

Does anyone have any advice to stop the bank switching client accounts into savings accounts? I am currently in a formal complaint procedure, a suggestion of the banks to move things forward, but the deadline is nearing and the threat is still there….we are with RBS.

Would really appreciate some advice from anyone that’s been put through this!
