Today the BBC has been made aware of an issue with one of our banking providers that caused a number of payment files to fail.
The Monday ACON payment run, which should have hit agents/artists bank accounts yesterday, was one of the payment files that failed.
We are currently working on getting all the affected payments resubmitted today to ensure funds reach the payees before the close of the banking day today.
