You may like to keep an eye out for a sneaky addition to some BBC contracts (I’ve discovered it twice in the past week).
Instead of buying a digital licence and/ or TX on BBC1/2, I’ve found wording as follows: “This fee is inclusive of all contributions of any kind both to the series and to any associated content during the period of engagement”.
In both instances I’ve been able to remove it and revert to the usual language. Best wishes, David
