NB artists should not send in original VAT registration certificates â copy certificates are sufficient.
Everything has gone ok with the cutover apart from some teething problems with the Helpdesk and the new Helpdesk system.
All payment runs and payment documentation has gone out as planned apart from the payment run on Monday 14th – the payments in the run on 14th were stuck in the system and this issue wasn’t discovered straight away. However, all these payments have now been processed and the funds will be in the artist/agent bank accounts on Monday (21st November).
