We been in contact with BBC regarding payments from Steria, following concerns expressed at the last Artist meeting. They have requested examples of problems.
Could you therefore email me with brief details of any specific issues you have encountered? If you have numerous examples it would be helpful if you could highlight key issues rather than each individual case.
