BBC Tendering Process

BBC Contestability/Tendering Process
As per the White Paper, the BBC have just announced the four titles that will be part of the tendering/contestabillity process.
Holby City is the only drama in the list, the others are Songs of Praise, Question of Sport and the Horizon strand.
It is expected that decisions will be made by the end of the year. The tendering is for the Production, the IP will remain under the control of the BBC, and whether or not shows are recommissioned will remain a decision for the controllers/commissioners.
