BBC unidentified Payments

We have several payments in our clients account from the BBC labelled only BBC HOME SERVICES or BBC STUDIOS DIST.
Does anyone have any idea how to find out to whom the payments belong. I completed the paper work they sent me about going on line and sent it in…. but no remittance advices have been forthcoming either through the mail or electronically.

Is there someone we can email as we do with he ITV payments ?
