BDA overdue invoice

Hi All,
Has anyone had difficulty getting invoices paid from this outfit? We have a client invoice a few weeks overdue and lots of “out to lunch or in a meeting” responses to our chasing. I know one other is having the same issue regarding their client on the same shoot. Just wondering if there is a history here.
