Having a real problem with these guys getting invoices paid. Just radio silence 4 months after a job. Have had problems before with them, but it generally seems to be a problem with ludicrously complex admin, and nobody taking responsibility for anything. Does anybody have any tips? Or ideally a contact they know who actually answers emails/phonecalls?
