I’d be grateful to her from agents with writers on the new (or recent) series of ‘Silent Witness.’ The BBC are aiming to clear changed format rights for “50% of BBC Worldwide’s Net Receipts in respect of the episodic script fee actually received from BBC Worldwide’s exploitation of the Changed Format Rights.” Are other agents agreeing to this? Is this the norm, as BBC suggests? A couple of years ago a group of agents agreed better terms for older series’ of ‘Silent Witness’ and ‘Waking the Dead’⦠thank you
