Dear Agent
I have met today with the IPA (the advertising agencies’ trade association) and one matter I raised was that of agencies supplying Supplier forms to agents that say that payment will be made in 60 days. The IPA have said that this should not apply to artists’ agents and that if you receive such a form you must cross out the reference to 60 days and replace it with 30 days. If there is subsequently a problem, contact me and I’ll deal with it via the agency and the IPA.
