At the last Artist meeting we mooted the idea of a detailed presentation by Nick Young about the various ways in which an Agency Supplement can be legally implemented (based on documents circulated earlier this year).
To be clear â there is no requirement for you to change the way you currently operate. It is not the intention of the PMA to recommend that you use the Agency Supplement.
However, if you currently do so, or are considering doing so, the presentation would be designed to explain how the supplement came into being and how to use correct procedures.
