Would anyone who’s had an offer on Dr Who 7 under the new BBC in-house agreement (as opposed to the old PACT deals) please get in touch. I’d like to know what other people think of the specific provisions, additional clauses and rights pre-purchase that has supposedly been agreed for this series.
