DR WHO – CHILDREN

Here I go again…
Anyone got anyone in the new Dr Who – there is an Oliver Twist type story line with a lot of children – I have never heard such terrible rates….and I had a row with a booker called Carol Griggs….
This is truly exploitation of children and I am sure completely contravenes the Children’s Act.
Any help – any ideas please advise……
