EastEnders – one shoot day but 2 episodes

Hi All
We have a client who has been offered a small role in EastEnders. It is a one day shoot (4 Scenes) but she will appear in 2 episodes. The fee appears tiny – especially when halved to find the episode fee for repeat purposes. They will not budge. Does anyone have a similar experience, or knowledge of actual minimums on EastEnders?
