We have been in discussion with the Equity LGBT+ committee about setting up an informal chat with some PMA agents to introduce ourselves and open a dialogue between the two groups. The first zoom will be planned in the next couple of weeks.
We are looking for a small group of agents to work together on our side so if you would be interested in taking part please could you email in? We are particularly interested in hearing from agents who identify as LGBT+.
As with all PMA groups the intention will be to feedback to the wider membership on issues/actions/discussion points relevant to our agent community and clients.
