Three productions, Death Comes to Pemberley, Jamaica Inn and The Fall, made under the terms of the above agreement are seeking to unilaterally amend/alter the contracts offered to artists by inserting within the body of the contract ââ¬ËVideo on Demand 1%ââ¬â¢. Neither PACT nor the individually production company and/or its legal representatives have sought to negotiate this additional payment/right with Equity and therefore i would suggest that this is struck through or you seek to increase the percentage and in addition seek to qualify the scope Video on Demand . Please feel free to contact me and/or email through the contracts but i would urge agents to be vigilant with contracts on these productions.
