If there are clauses in contracts which vary the terms of the Equity Agreements we need to make sure they have definitely been agreed with Equity. Members might find it useful to ask for written confirmation of what exactly was agreed, who they were agreed with and when this was done. It should help with any confusion or misunderstandings on how to move forward when we’re faced with non-Equity additions to contracts.
