You should have at least 18 month’s experience of working in an agency – experience of working in casting would also be useful. We’re looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and outstanding negotiation skills. Familiarity with using Agentfile database system would be an advantage. A love of film and theatre is essential!
