Morning all
Just a quick one – I’ve just been sent this email re a Fiery Angel production – does anyone know if this is technically right? Surely if the actor provides instructions to pay their agent that means that the agent can be sent the payslip? On all other productions we are getting payslips as usual. We can get the details from the actor for this one, but I just wondered if this was an over-zealous interpretation of GDPR?

Since the new GDPR rules last year we no longer send out payslips to agents. The actor will have been sent an email with instructions to log-in online and view his payslip.
Due to the new laws, we are unable to pass the payslip on to you â but only to the actor. The actor will need to either send you the payslip, or give you his password so you are able to access â but we’re not allowed to do this.
