Filming in the EU

I’m struggling to get my head around if / where actors can and can’t work for a few days in the EU without a visa and the .gov website isn’t exactly comprehensive.

Equity also weren’t able to advise beyond needing to contact individual embasies.

Sure enough it’s the last minute nature of a few days filming a commercial that concerns me the most as I’m not convinced there’s always the due dilligence from the production side.

Does anyone happen to have a clear resource or list they can point me towards?
