We’d like to hear from anyone who has dealt with FTM Agency Ltd in Russia and whether agents’ have experienced a good level of service from them in terms of communication about exploitation of the work in their territory and prompt remittance of money due to clients.
We’d also welcome advice as they are insisting that once terms for each sublicense are agreed by our client in principle the contracts with the Russian Theatres are issued in Russian only in line with their legislation. Within their agreement with him they are asking that he grant them Power of Attorney to execute and licence contracts.
