After emailing you all yesterday with a call to arms about hair and make-up for non-white actors, I received this, which I’m sharing with the agent’s permission:

‘ Just to say that a [non-white] client and myself flagged this up as soon as she was confirmed in the role… The client met with hair and make up early on and they sorted her needs. A positive outcome. Meaningful consultation really worked … ‘
