Hanna – Exclusivity Clause

Hi,
I have a client who is going to be playing a semi regular character in Hanna.
I would be keen to hear from anyone regarding the rather prohibitive exclusivity clause (Clause 9) that Amazon have included in the special stips that essentially reads like an option clause.
