Harlots royalty provision

Hi All,
At the PMA meeting on April 22nd, there was discussion as to whether a royalty payment system (based on 17% of the license fee) should be used to pay artists for the broadcast of HARLOTS on BBC2.
I am not sure if this was agreed or not and how this is moving forward.
Please could anyone with a client on the show advise me?
