ITV2 are commissioning original drama, paying current rates, but want to keep the repeat package to be negotiated at the time when they commit to production. So were agreeing a fee but dont know what it buys. Has anyone managed to get them to agree at point of contract or is everyone leaving it open to negotiation down the road?
