Hello, I am having a battle with the ITV payments department regarding obtaining duplicate remittances (due to some being lost in transit to us). They can tell me over the phone who the payment is for, but cant/wont confirm the NI/VAT as thats too time consuming! Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
