We have found that certain advertising agencies are almost completely ignoring our 30 day payment terms.
My book keeper & I spent the majority of December chasing late payment, absolute stressful waste of our time.
Looking through emails on PMA Forum there seems to be a large number of production companies / ad agencies who are late payers and generally ignoring agents invoice terms. It has just struck me that PMA Members could/should have standard terms on PMA Members invoices to companies.
Is this a practical idea? What do other members think ??
