If you have an offer on this then Equity have been in touch to let us know they have approached Cameron Mackintosh Ltd about ensuring contracts and terms are no less favourable than those under the Equity Commercial/ Overseas agreement and are awaiting a response from them.
In the meantime if you wish to proceed with negotiations they advise asking NGM for confirmation that the full contracts will adhere to UKT/Equity minimum terms including pension contributions and holiday pay and to check how those per diems are going to be paid â whether cash in the country or through the payroll (and therefore subject to currency conversion which will be payable by the artist)
