Hi,
I am interested in speaking to anyone who is dealing with Good Vibrations. I am interested to see if you are aware of how they are trying to allocate the 75% pre-purchases. They believe they have all rights in all media for this. It is a little confusing in the Equity agreement and just wanted to make sure that we were all of the same understanding that it is a minimum purchase and then to exploit the film fully the additional percentages have to be paid.
I am having a problem with this.
