Regarding the above Disney feature film, please could you note – and circulate to your members as appropriate – that artists are being offered, in error, Post-Sync work falling under clause F11, sub-clauses (c)-(e) of the Cinema Films Agreement at a rate of £122, or their daily fee, without use fees. This work ought to attract use fees as per F11 (e).
I shall be contacting the producer about this.
