Hi All
I know Hannah in our office sent a message last week, but it would be really great to hear from people who have an offer on this one, as they are asking for a 2nd ITV TX as an inclusion and I think we would all agree that buyouts of 55% are not something we want to start accepting as an inclusion in future deals.
The option being given is accept or dilute your client’s engagement fee.
