Hello!
Would love to hear from any agents having problems with Clause 29 of the Midsomer Murders Stips re change of dates. It seems they are essentially including their own Force Majeure clause meaning actors’ nominated dates are actually only ‘estimated dates’ subject to change without renumeration should anything at all go wrong due to covid, but are not adhering to Equity covid procedure. I have been fighting with them all week and they are refusing to amend/remove the clause.
