Further to the meeting yesterday I’d be interested in hearing from any other Agents who have the following clause in the Special Stips –
‘The Artist guarantees not to undertake any work that might conflict with the shooting period ie 16th April – 21st October 2012 without alerting the Production. The Artists’ agent must keep in touch with the production if trhe Artist is meeting for any other shows within out time frame’.
A similar clause appears in the ‘Loving Miss Hatto’ special stips.
I will be speaking with Equity this afternoon so would be good to know who else has come across this.
