We have an office space to let in Poland Street.
As this is a relatively short period we are happy to offer this at a reduced rate as we would love to have likeminded people share the building. The maximum term is 16 months but I would be happy to look at any term lengths. It is currently configured as one office with a separate meeting room, so I would also look at letting them separately. The space is around 584 square feet and can be furnished or unfiurnished. It is ready to move into.
The combined cost of rent and rates would work out to a monthly cost of £3750 or an annual cost of £45,000 (Rates is £14,575.75)
