We have a client in A Christmas Carol at the Old Vic. I’ve been told that overtime is paid out at the end of the contract and averaged out over the entire period instead of being paid weekly. Apparently this is the norm for the Old Vic.but it seems very unfair especially with a christmas show. There’s nothing in the contract to say they can’t do this but I would love to know if other agents think this is OK.
