Romanian Tax – Temporary power of attorney

Does anyone have a client on ACP3 that has just raised any concerns, or does anyone have any extra knowledge about clients needing to sign a limited power of attorney with respect to Romanian tax authorities in order to represent an individual with the tax authorities there? They have stated that it will be revoked once the tax matters are completed.
