series repeats on BBC channels

Hi All,
Following on from a recent email from James at Hatton McEwan Penford – please could you send me any examples of problems negotiating residuals when a series commissioned for a digital BBC channel is repeated on a main BBC channel – e.g. in James’ example the series transferred from BBC 3.
