We have been advised by Ros Taylor that there is a new PACT/WGGB/PMA agreement that reduces the PPP from 115% to 100% for BBC commissions. I dont remember any agreement in fact I think I am correct in thinking that PACT had stalled current negotiations. Any one else having a similar problem at SHED or elsewhere?
