Hi everyone, I have asked for Clause G to be removed regarding inclusive overtime etc, however I have had a contract back with a new Clause G stating that the engagement fee covers the following: subject to no further attendences being required, the BBC may incorporate additional material in any DVD (or similar home video media) incorporating the programme made pursuant to this Agreement.
Please can anyone tell me if this is acceptable or if I need to get this new Clause removed?
