social distancing prior to filming or during a break in filming

Below is wording directly from Equity:

Equity and Pact have reached an agreement on payment where actors are asked to maintain strict social distancing prior to filming or when there is a break in filming.

A first call payment of £557 per full week of isolation (pro-rated to £111.50 per day) will be made where isolation is imposed by the Producer as part of a close contact cohort; and the artist is on first call to the production during this time and therefore the artist may be asked to take antigen tests; complete production paperwork; liaise with production generally (for such things as online rehearsals, read throughs) at no additional cost.

The agreed wording is as follows:
“T18(10) – As part of the Artist’s close contact cohort, if the producer requires the Artist to isolate or maintain strict social distancing for a period of time, the Artist shall receive £557 per full week of isolation (pro-rated to £111.50 per day). This payment shall not be included in the Artist’s aggregate earnings on which additional use payments shall be calculated. During any period of self-isolation, the Artist shall remain on first call to the Producer and shall make their services available to the Producer at no extra cost to the Producer.”
