Following our discussion in the last meeting about Special Stipulations I have spoken to John Barclay who wants us to keep emailing him any that we think are questionable. Please do make sure you do this (most of the stips we get these days are questionable), so that we can demonstrate just how unwieldy they are becoming. Thanks.
