I would love to hear from anyone who has seen language in episodic writer agreements with Amazon whereby they have an option to bring the writer back to write an episode for a subsequent series for only a 5% increase in script fee, subject to their professional availability.
Amazon are insisting on it for any series that has the potential to return and say they have agreed it with many agents now and will not back down.
It would be great to hear from anyone who has got them to remove that language as they are really digging their heels in.
